1828, July 21—This Indenture made between J.S. Walker, Jasper County to Eleazer
Adams, Monroe County. For and in consideration of the sum of $1000, said 
Jeremiah S.
Walker conveyed to Eleazer Adams a certain tract of land containing 3 acres, 
being the
same citrate in Butts County on the Oakmulgy River, being part of Fractional 
Lot number
121, adjoining lands of Francis Ward above the ferry including the ferry known 
by the
name of Adams Ferry, also including the cabin where E. Hicks now lives.
Recorded the day and year above written.

[Tho not so noted, it is thought to have been located in the 14th district of 
Monroe,
