Bankston Sir, Yours of 2nd just directed to Surgeon of this Hospital is at hand and in reply will say to you that John D. Beauchamp died in this Hospital 30th Dec. 1861 of Typhoid Fever. He was buried at Oakwood Cemetery and his name registered on the Sexton's book and the grave marked with a head board with his name on it and can be found at any time. Yours Very Respy George M.
