Butts Sheriff’s Sale for June

Will be sold before the courthouse door in the town of Jackson, Butts County, 
within the legal hours of sale, on the first Tuesday in June next, the 
following property to wit”

One house and lot near the Indian Spring Reserve said lot containing two and 
three fourths acres, more or less. No. not known but known as the place whereon 
the defendant Creed T. Bankston, now resides:  levied on to satisfy sundry fi. 
fas, from the Justices Court for the 614th dist.,G.M. in favor of Burwell M. 
Tollison vs. Creed T. Bankston: levied on and returned to me by a constable.
