S. mail key and one U. S. mail lock. The store is owned by Mr. T. N. Hardy, who is now on track of the thieves, and it is thought that they will be appended. Mr. C. B. Lee was postmaster at the time, his office having since been discontinued. The penalty for robbing a post office is a fine of not more than $1,000 and imprisonment not more than five years, one or both.
