By virtue of a verdict and decree rendered by the Superior court of Butts county, Georgia, in the case of J. W. Minter et. al., vs. The Indian Spring and Flovilla Railroad Company et. al., dated February 24th, 1898, the undersigned as Commissioner will sell, to the highest bidder, for cash, at 12 o’clock noon, on the first Tuesday in April, 1898, at public outcry before the court house of said county, now being erected, all the property of said company, being all the property now in the hands of W. F. Smith, receiver in said case, including the road-bed, tracks, and cross-ties of the railroad of said company from Flovilla to Indian Spring in said county, all terminal facilities, all rolling stock, including two (2) engines, five (5) open cars, two (2) closed cars, all tools, appliances and machinery, all railroad supplies and all rights and franchises of every kind. Whether acquired by charter or otherwise, including all rights of way and easements, held, claimed or owned by said company. By the terms of said verdict and decree all of said property, rights and franchises will be sold free from all liens whether arising by contract or by operation of law. Andrew W.
