FOUR NIGGERS SHOT IN  A DRUNKEN ROW

An eruption broke out Saturday night as a nigger frolic at the house of Henry 
Fitch who lives three miles east of Jackson in which shotguns and pistols were 
used indiscriminately.

When the smoke cleared away it found that four, Pitts Hightower, Amos Berry, 
Shore Talmadge, and another whose name is Cloud were shot; two seriously.

It is also reported that two white men were there selling booze.

This is a case for the grand jury will do well to investigate.
