Middle Ga .Argus – Week of March 10, 1881
State of Georgia, County of Butts

Whereas, Henry H. Higgins, administrator of David Higgins, represents to the 
court in his petition, duly filed and entered on record, that he has fully 
administered David Higgins’s estate.  This is therefore, to cite all persons 
concerned, heirs and creditors, to show cause if they can, why said 
administrator should not be discharged from his administration, and receive 
letters of dismission on the first Monday in June 1881.  This March the 1st 
1881.
