We have been informed by one of the best citizens of the place, that the people paid little or no attention to fact that the Sheriff’s sales had been changed to the paper published at the county site, and, as is said by all we have heard mention the matter, to be the proper place. And why should they? The NEWS is as much, if not more interested in the welfare of the good people of Indian Springs, as any paper, as there is none published there. We believe Indian Spring has bright prospects ahead and some day, will rank with the most popular summer resorts of the South, and will be the means of making Buts County famous in that respect. We wish her people well, and will assist them in many advantages knowd to the public. The News will harbor no enmity against any one or aid in bringing about sectional feelings among our people. But on the other hand will endeavor to harmonize them.
