It is better to kill all the dogs in these United States than that one human life should pay this penalty of their keeping. It is probably that this same dog has bitten others in this immediate vicinity and it is the safest plan to be on the safe side, so if you have a dog, kill it and thus avoid the danger which threatens the lives of probably your self and children.
