GEORGIA – Butts County

To all whom it may concern:  

Sallie G. Turner having in proper form applied to me for appraisers to set 
apart a twelve months allowance for herself, as the minor child of Sarah Turner 
out of the estate of said Sarah Turner, late of said county, and appraisers 
have set apart such support and returned the same which is on file in my office 
according to law, this is to cite all and singular the creditors and next of 
kin of Sarah Turner, to be and appear at my office within the time allowed by 
law, and show cause, if any they can, why such allowances should not be 
confirmed.
