Higgins Estate

APPLICATION FOR LETTER OF DISMISSION

State of Georgia, County of Butts

Whereas, Henry H. Higgins administrator of David Higgins represented to the 
court in his petition, duly filled and entered on record that he has fully 
administered David Higgins estate.  This is therefore to cite all persons 
concerned, heirs and creditors, to show cause if any they can why said 
administrator should not be discharged then his administration and receive 
letters of demission on the first Monday in June 1881.  Filled March the 1st 
1881
