Jacksonian Record February 1907
TOWN LOOKED CITY LIKE

The electric lights were shining brightly Tuesday night, and the city looked 
somewhat like London as seen y Barnby Rudge.  There was only thing wrong and 
that might have been avoided if a reasonable amount of common sense and 
everyday judgment had been observed.  You will notice that some of the lights 
shine with a deep yellow luster.  That is caused by putting them up on the 
wrong time of the moon, but then some folks would never observe a common sense 
proposition  if they were to stumble over it and break their neck.
