Will b e sold for distribution amount the heirs of Washington hay, deceased. Titles perfect. Terms cash. Good well, branches and creek water. About 75 acres in original woods. Parties desiring to look at this land will call on C. W. Hay at Flovilla, or A. J. Hay near the lands. ALSO, on the same date, and for the same purpose, will be said herefore the court house door in Monticello the following lands lying in Jasper county, known as he Washington Hay place, about one mile from Flovilla via Smith’s Mills to Monticello, containing 375 acres more or less.
