Divorce Lucinda D. Foster & Sammuel Foster

Georgia - Butts County

Caleb A. Lucinda D. Foster vs Sammuel Foster – Libel for Divorce in Butts 
Superior Court.

It appearing to the court by the return of the Sheriff, that the defendant is 
not to be found in Butts County and it being also represented that said 
defendant is out of the limits of this state:

It is therefore ordered, that the said defendant Samuel Foster, appear at the 
next term of this court, or in case of failure, that the trial proceed as in 
default; and it is further ordered, that this Rule be published once a month 
in the Empire State for three months before said terms of the court.  August 
8, 1856
