E. A. Finley – Nick Finley – Robert Finley
APPLICATION FOR LETTERS OF GUARDIANSHIP

Georgia, Butts County:
E. A. Finley residing in the state of Georgia, having applied to be appointed 
guardian of Nick and Robert Finley, minors under fourteen years of age, 
resident of said county, this is to cite all persons concerned to be and appear 
at the court of Ordinary, to be held on the first Monday in July next, and show 
cause if they can, why said E. A. Finley, should not be instructed with the 
guardianship of Nick and Robert Finley.  Witness my official signature.
