Argus February 1882 Sheriff’s Sales for March STATE OF GEORGIA – Butts County Will be sold before the court house door in the town of Jackson, said county and State, on the FIRST TUESDAY in MARCH next 1881, within the legal hours of sale, the following described property to-wit: All the One-eleventh undivided interest in that property lying and being in said county, town of McIntosh and Indian Springs reserve, known as the McIntosh Hotel property, containing eight (8) acres more or less being lot number 36 on which the McIntosh Hotel, garden, outhouses and stables are situated, being four acres, less a strip on West side of said lot 36, of 80 feet front by 50 feet, upon which Lamar’s store houses and a small wooden building are situated, and about two (2) acres each off of lots Nos. 49 & 50 lying South of lot 36 and separated from it y a street; he said eleventh undivided interest being levied on as the property of Bryan A. Collier, one of the Defendants, by virtue of the fi fa issued out of the Justice Court of the 94th(???)
