Will be sold, en the first Tuesday in July next, at the court house in the town of Waynesborough, Burke County, between the usual hours of ten and two o’clock. 200 Acres of land in Burke County, adjoining lands of Tho’s FLOYD and Thomas JONES, levied on as the property of Uz FLOYD, to satisfy an execution in favor of Insel SPENCE against Uz FLOYD. Also, One house and lot in the town of Waynesborough, known in the plea of said town by the number 26?, levied on as the property of Charles F. SUGAR, to satisfy sundry small executions in favor of John ALLMOND and others levied on and returned to one by a constable. Also, 500 acres of land in said county, adjoining lands of Owen M. G. TOMLIN and the estate of Amos WHITEHEAD dec. levied on as the property of Joseph ROE, to satisfy an execution in favor of William HORN, against said ROE. John BELL, S.B.C. May 31.
