WILL BE SOLD 100 acres of Land in Burke County on the waters of Boggy Gatt? Adjoining lands of Wm. STEWART, Senr. And Robert WALTON, levied on as the property of Wm. STEWART, Junr. To satisfy an execution in favor of Ezekial RACHELS and others, and returned to me by a constable. Also, 300 acres of land in said county lying on Little Bucklead adjoining lands of Matthew THOMPSON and others, levied on as the property of Wm. ROBERTSON to satisfy an Execution in favor of James CARTLEDGE, and returned to me by a constable. Also, 187 ½ acres of land in said county lying on Brier Creek adjoining lands of Mary Gay McCONCEY and others levied on as the property of Randol ODEM to satisfy an execution issued in favor of J. T. CARPENTER, and returned to me by a constable. Also, 400 acres of land in said county near Savannah River adjoining lands of Edward TELFAIR, dec’d and others. Also, 200 acres of land in said county, lying on Savannah river, adjoining lands of Edward EDIBEE? And others, The above tracts of land; levied on as the property of Thomas SPONDERS and Charles JONES, to satisfy executions issued in favor of Henry and Fielding MCNORRELL and others, and returned to me by a constable. Also, 66 ½ acres of land in said county lying on Brier Creek, adjoining lands of John THOMPSON and other; levied on as the property of William TILLEY, to satisfy execution issued in favor of John CARPENTER and others, and returned to me by a constable.
