Ed Elder of the Elder House

Everybody who has visited Indian Springs knows the genial accommodating and 
efficient Ed. Elder, who had charge of the elder House at that famous watering 
place.  We learn that he has taken a position in the office of the new Hotel 
Lanier, in Macon.  The proprietors and the traveling public are to be 
congratulated on the acquisition of Mr. Elder to the Lanier.  He will see that 
all the guests of the house are satisfied, if it is in the power of man to do 
it. – Evening Capitol
