And on failure to do so, a fine of one dollar for each offence will be imposed. Be it ordained that the marshal shall visit each and every privy in town once a week, and report the condition of the same in a book to be kept for that purpose, and upon failure to make such inspection and report in writing, will be fined for each offence twenty-five cents. The above ordinances to take effect one week from the publication of the same. All ordinances in conflict with the above are hereby repealed. J. O. Beauchamp, Mayor F. S.
