Jesse Yancy

Mr. Jesse Yancy, one of the men who were indicted for the murder of Thos. 
McNair, came in and surrendered on Saturday before court, but on account of the 
absence of some state witnesses he was not tried.  He is now in jail as we 
learn that an effort will be made for him to give bond.
