J. B. Dumble

SHERIFF SALE

WILL BE SOLD before the Court House door in the town of Jackson Butts County 
Georgia between the legal hours of sale the described property to wit:  One 
tract or peace of land known as the big fraction containing One hundred and 
twenty seven and a half acres more or less bounded as follows:  west by lands 
of Mrs. Allen, north by lands of Smith, south by lands of J. B. Dumble deceased 
and R. G. Byars Sr., also two hundred acres more or less, number not known 
bound as follows:  west by lands of R. G. Byars and J. B. Dumble deceased, 
North by lands of J. B. Dumble deceased, east by lands of E. E.  Pound, R. G. 
Byars Sr., on the defendant, south by lands James Rowland and Gunn all lying in 
Butts Co., levied on by virtue of the fi fa issued from Butts Superior Court in 
favor of Ponder and Bean vs John Dumble and other fi fa’s in my hands for 
collection levied on all the property of J. B. Dumble, deceased tenant in 
possession given written notice
