Garr vs. James R. Willis, levied on as said Willis property, property pointed out by plaintiffs. H. Hendrick tenant in possession notified. Also, at the same time and place, will be sold, one sorrel horse levied on as the property of Wm. Harris to satisfy one fi fa from Butts Inferior Court, in favor of Stephen Moore vs said Harris, property pointed out by defendant. November 27, 1856 R. G.
