Garr – Willis- Harris

Butts Sheriff Sales for January

Will be sold before the court House door in the town of Jackson, Butts county, 
on the first Tuesday in January next, within the legal hours of sale, the 
following property to wit:

2 houses and lots at or near the Indian Springs, one lot containing 7 acres, 
more or less, with a large two story brick house and other improvements: the 
other lot containing 8 acres, more or less, with a frame dwelling &c,all 
levied on to satisfy one fi fa issued   from Butts Inferior court, Michael D. 
Garr vs. James R. Willis, levied on as said Willis property, property pointed 
out by plaintiffs.   H. Hendrick tenant in possession notified.

Also, at the same time and place, will be sold, one sorrel horse levied on as 
the property of Wm. Harris to satisfy one fi fa from Butts Inferior Court, in 
favor of Stephen Moore vs said Harris, property pointed out by defendant.
