APPLICATION FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION

State of Georgia, County of Butts

To all whom it may concern:

M. V. McKIbben of said State having applied to me for letters of Administration 
with the will annexed on the estate of Thomas McKibben late of said county 
deceased, this is to cite all and singular the creditors and next of Kin of 
said Thomas McKibben to be and appear at the March Term 1881 of the Court of 
Ordinary of said county and show cause if any they can why letters of 
Administration with the will annexed should not be granted to M. V. McKibben on 
Thomas McKibben’s estate.

Witness my hand and signature this the 25th day of January 1881.
