Dr. J. Lee Byron returned from Carrolton last Sunday where he had been 
summoned to the bedside of his aged mother.

Mrs. Byron fell and broke her thigh and being 88 years of age, it was expected 
that the injury would prove fatal.  Dr. Byron was notified by telegraph, and 
reached his mother the day before she died.
