Indian Springs, Ga., August 30-
George Cornell, Sr., was buried today at 11 o'clock at the Elder's burying 
ground, 1 mile from here.  He was 63 years old and is survived by his wife and 
six children, Mrs. M. L. Corbett and Elder Cornell, of Macon; George Cornell, 
Jr., of Birmingham, Ala.; Joe Cornell, of Shreveport, La.; Miss Lillian Cornell 
and Edward Cornell, of Indian Springs.
Dr. R. Tom Deventer officiated.  The pallbearers were Messrs. W. B. Dozier and 
R. L. Allen, of Flovilla; Hampton Doughtry, of Jackson; Ben Wright, L. Keaton 
and G. B. Rich, from here.
