Jackson Argus - Butts County, Week of January 7, 1898
Since our last issue Stobe Greer was killed at Flovilla while in a game of 
cards.  He was cut to death with pocket knife.  Jim Ball and Pierce Watkins 
were both arrested for the killing, but were discharged.
