Mrs. Allie Hollifield

Mrs. Allie Hollifield, mother of Mr. Matt Hollifield of this city died at her 
house, four miles north of Jackson on Saturday evening.  She was in her usual 
good health up to Thursday night at 11 o’clock when she was found prostrate 
under a stroke and lay until her death, not able to move or speak to her 
friends.  Mrs. Hollifield was in her 78 year.
