Felian Head Killed by Andrew Taylor, Sunday

Last Sunday Andrew Taylor shot and killed Felian Head on the place of Mr. J. 
B. Settles, three miles west of town.  Coroner c. G. Britt was called to the 
scene of the killing installed a jury and proceeded to probe into the cause of 
the deed.  A gambling row is said to have been the leaven that wrought the 
brain storm in the cranium of Taylor.

The parties were all niggers.
