Jackson Progress Argus - May 1925
Malaier, Mr. Elder
Friends here were sorry to learn of the death of Mr. Elder Malaier, age 51 which
occurred Monday morning at his home in Williamson.  Funeral services were held
in Zebulon, Tuesday morning.  Messrs. A. R. Conner and L. L. Greer of Jackson
attending.
Mr. Malaier resided in Jackson several years ago, being employed as a
blacksmith.  He was a capable workman and enjoyed the confidence and friendship
of many people in the community.
He is survived by a brother, R. P. Malaier of Americus and a sister Mrs. J. D.
Touchstone, of Zetella.
