Argus – Week of October 13, 1891 W. F. Clark – Dead Mr. Frank Clark, an old and highly respected citizen, living two miles south of town, departed this life on Wednesday at 12 o’clock. Truly it can be said that a good man is gone. He had passed his seventy sixth birthday and ad spent all his days in the community where he died. In 1836 he united with the Baptist church and lived all these years a consistent follower of his Master. He has also long been a devoted member of St. John’s Lodge of Masons, and was laid to rest by his brothers of the Mystic. He leaves a wife and three daughters who have our sympathy.
