It stood on a plateau just above the springs on part of the original Indian Reserve. It burned in the summer of 1921. Inscription on card reads: "Wigwam Hotel, Indian Springs, GA. Between Atlanta and Macon. Southern Railway." Additional Comments: The message on the card is priceless: "I am having a good time here. Take care of the grey mule until I come."
