Libel for Divorce in Butts Superior court, February term, 1898.

To Frank Barber, you are hereby notified to be and appear at the next term of 
Butts superior court to be held on third Monday in August 1898 to answer above 
stated libel for divorce.

As in default thereof the court shall proceed as to justice shall appertain.  
Witness my hand and official signature by order of Butts superior court, His 
honor M. W. Beck.   Flint Circuit presiding.  Feb.term 1898.
