Butts County Progress
Bridger – Beckham

The marriage of Miss D’Nena Bridger and Mr. Robert Y. Beckham will take place 
Saturday morning at 8:30 o’clock at the home of Mr. C. Whitehurst on Third 
street.  The ceremony will be performed by Rev. G. W. Matthews, pastor of 
Trinity Methodist church Savannah.  It will be a quiet home wedding and only a 
few friends and relatives will be present.  After the ceremony the bride and 
groom will leave for Zebulon to spend some time with the parents of the groom, 
after which they will be a home at Cordele.
