W. H. Beck and Miss Mary E. Brown will be united in marriage. The ceremony will be solemnized at the home of the bride at 8 o’clock a.m., Rev. T. D. Christian officiating. It is to be a very quiet affair, only the immediate families of the contracting parties being invited. Just after the ceremony the bridal party will leave, via the Central, for a trip through Tennessee and probably Kentucky. Miss Brown is an intellectual young lady of strong character and personal attractions. Mr. Beck is a young lawyer of marked ability and is held in the highest regard in both social and business circles. He is the present incumbent of the city court and is probably the youngest judge in the state. - Griffin News …………………………………………………… The many friends of Mr. Beck here in Jackson will join in wishing him great happiness and prosperity.
