Space – Collier
Cards announcing to marriage of Miss Penelope Collier to Mr. Julian Austin Space 
which occurs at the Baptist church at high noon on the first of January were 
issued to their many friends by Dr. and Mrs. Thomas J. Collier last Saturday.  
The ceremony will be performed by the bride’s brother, Mr. B. W. Collier, of 
Hartwell, Miss Susie Collier will be aid of honor and Mr. William McAndrews, of 
Macon, best man.   Immediately after the ceremony a midday luncheon will be 
served at the bride’s home to the bridal party, after which Mr. and Mrs. Space 
will go on the afternoon train to Darien.
Miss Collier is a young lady of unusual beauty, personal charm and attractions 
and has the greatest number of friends in the county and state whose wishes for 
her happiness are heartfelt.
Mr. Space is cashier of the Darien bank, and is appreciated by all as a man of 
great strength of character and business ability.  With these possessions and an 
attractive wife, his prospects are excellent bright.
