Sunday evening at 9 o’clock Rev. J. M. Bowden was called upon by a couple of 
young people from Butts county who desired to be married.

Mr. Bowden, always ready to do an act of kindness, pronounced Miss Mattie Smith 
and Mr. B. McCord as man and wife.
