To any Judge, Justice of the Inferior Court, Justice of the Peace, or Minister of the Gospel:

   YOU are hereby authorized to join  R. Augustus Jones and Lucy Byars in the Holy State of
Matriony, according to the Constitution and Laws of this State, and for so doing, this shall be
your sufficient License.
   Given under my hand this   25th    day of December 1860.

   I certify that  R. Augustus Jones  and Lucy Byars    were duly joined in Matrimony by me the
29th day of December 1860.
