At the Baptist Church Cards are out announcing the marriage of Miss Myrtle Pound of this place to Mr. E. James Williams, Jr. The ceremony will be performed at the Baptist church on the 18th inst. at 7:30 o’clock p.m. Mr. Williams is a prominent educator at Tifton Ga., and is a man with a future. He has given ample proof of this fact in the great success he has achieved in winning a bride. For Miss Myrtle Pound is one of Jackson’s jewels and as a wife she will be a treasure.
