Rambo – Watkins

The marriage of Col. W. E. Watkins of this city and Miss Ermine de Graffenried 
Rambo, of Bluffton, was a brilliant society event taking place at the home of 
the bride on Wednesday evening.  Dr. B. F. Watkins, of Jeffersonville, brother 
of the groom, was best man and Dr. W. F. Smith presiding elder of the Savannah 
district, performed the ceremony.  Col. And Mrs. Watkins are now in Florida 
where they will be for several weeks, returning by way of Bluffton for a visit 
of a few days with the bride’s relatives before coming to Jackson.
