last will & testament in the presence of us who at his request in the presence 
of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses hereto this 27th March 
1860.

NOTE:  Will was proven by Spencer Maddux & David Maddux on 2nd July 1860 (part 
of the page was cut-off, so a full transcription is not possible).
