Last Will and Testament of Jas. A. Moss.

State of Georgia, Butts County,
	I, Jas A. Moss, of said State and County being of sound and disposing 
mind and memory do make this my last will and testament.

Item 1st I wish my executor as soon after my death as possible to pay my just 
and lawful debts; also my doctor bill and burial expenses and to have a 
monument erected over the grave of my wife, myself and two children, the same 
to be paid for out of my insurance policy.

Item 2nd I give to my beloved sister, Miss Mallie Moss, the following property 
to wit:  One house and lot situated in the town of Jenkinsburg, Georgia, 
containing about one acres; also all the other property that I may have at my 
death, to have and hold during her natural life; and at her death, should 
there be any property left I desire the same to be sold and to be equally 
divided among my brothers and sisters namely Frank A. Moss, John F. Moss, and 
J.T. Moss’s children, and also Mrs. Nannie A. Thompson.

Item 3rd I do hereby appointment Dr. John W. Harper executor of my last will 
and testament.  I further wish and agree that he shall not be required to give 
bond for the same.  I further desire that he be paid as reasonable sum for his 
services.

In testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand this 2nd day of July 1914.
