Edith Ione Amos, 86, of Ruston, La., died Sunday.

A graveside service will be 3 p.m. Friday at Brazell Cemetery in Kingsland. 

Surviving are two daughters, Joan Lucky of Luling, La., and Leslie Chaffin of
Lake Jackson, Texas; two sisters, Jeanette Gay of Kingsland and Rhoda Aiken of
Raleigh, N.C.; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

She was a native of Kingsland.

Edo Miller-Dekle-Wainwright Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
