A graveside service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Homeward Cemetery in Waverly with the Rev. Jimmy Cone officiating. Honorary pallbearers will be the Friendship Sunday School Class. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 tonight at Edo Miller-Dekle-Wainwright Funeral Home. Memorial contributions can be made to the Woodbine United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 27, Woodbine, GA, 31569. Surviving are many relatives. A life-long resident of Camden County, Mrs. Boring attended Georgia State Women's College, now known as Valdosta State College, and in 1932 received an AB degree in education. She taught school in Camden County for 40 years and during her tenure received the Teacher of the Year award. She was a member of the Camden Teachers Association, the Georgia Education Association and the National Education Association. She was also a charter member of Woodbine United Methodist Church and an active participating member of her Sunday School class and the Edith Proctor Circle. Submitted by: Tara D.
