Connie Duval Carter, 41, of Woodbine died Saturday in Brunswick.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Colesburg Cemetery in
Camden County with the Rev. Jimmy Walden officiating.

Pallbearers are Anthony Chandler, Steven Nipper, Jay Maxwell, Kim Carter, Bobby
Carter and Joey Carroll.

The family will receive friends at 6 p.m. at Chambless Funeral Home in Nahunta.

Surviving are her husband, Tim P. Carter; two daughters, Brandy Weis and Kirby
Carter; her mother, Beverly Jones Gannott of Jacksonville; three brothers,
Robert Briggs of Yulee, Fla., Ronald Briggs of Jacksonville and Donald Briggs of
Woodbine; one grandmother, Mrs. Phill Jones of Pittsburgh, Pa.; and one
grandson, one great-aunt and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Carter was a native of Duval County, Fla., an employee of Days Inn on St.
Simons Island and a member of the Baptist faith.
