Carolyn D. Dallas, 59, of Woodbine died Saturday in Woodbine.

The funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday at the Gesthemane
Missionary Baptist Home Association Church in Woodbine
with the Rev. Johnny Battle officiating. Burial will be
in Woodbine Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be deacons of Westlight Baptist
Church.

Honorary pallbearers will be nephews.

The family will receive friends at Butler Memorial
Chapel of Myers Funeral Home in Woodbine.

Surviving are two daughters, Patricia Walker of
Kingsland, and Denise Kirkland of Atlanta; one son,
John Dallas of Seattle, Wash., five sisters, Johnnie
Walker, Audrie Thomas, Mildred Denson, Rosa Kight and
Lille Banks; four brothers, Robert Dallas, Charles
Dallas, Philip Dallas, and Bennie Dallas; and three
aunts.

A native of Camden County, Ms. Dallas was educated in
local public schools. She was a member of the Westlight
Baptist Church and its choir. She was employed by the
Camden County Mental Retardation Center for 15 years.

The Myers Funeral Home in Woodbine is in charge of
arrangements.
