Drury was a native of Jacksonville, Fla. He had been a lifelong resident of Camden County. Drury was employed with the Department of Natural Resources. Survivors include his wife, Kay Drury of Woodbine; a daughter, Kim Adkins of Brunswick; a son, Michael Drury Jr. of Brunswick; four sisters, Reba Crawford of North Little Rock, Ark., Beverly Murdock of Marianna, Fla., Carol Grissett of White Oak and Janice Safranek of Las Vegas, Nev.; two brothers, Stanley Drury of White Oak and Conrad Drury of Sunrise, Fla.; two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was the owner of Pennsylvania Tank Lines, president of Chesapeake Trailers and Equipment Co., president of Shipley Transfer Inc. and on the board of directors for Maryland Tank Trucking Association and for Maryland Motor Truck Association. Mr. Crouse was a member of St. Marys United Methodist Church. The funeral service was held Monday at the St. Marys United Methodist Church with the Revs. Brenda Ginder and John Mitchell officiating. Crouse, 81, of St. Marys died Friday, Jan. 30, 2004, at his residence after an extended illness. He was married to Beatrice L. Crouse for 34 years. He was born July 24, 1922, in Baltimore, Md., to the late Ralph M. and Mary Louise Crouse. Crouse attended Stoneleigh Elementary and graduated from Towson High in Baltimore. He went on to attend Loyola College and University of Maryland and also served in the U.S. Army as an aerial photographer from 1942 to 1943. It was said that she was converted at an early age and was a member of the First African Missionary Baptist Church, where she was actively involved in the Sunday School, Mission Department and other auxiliaries of the church until her health declined. Redden was a native of Glynn County. She had been a resident of Camden County for the past 56 years. She was a graduate of Camden County High School in Woodbine. Redden was co-founder of the first Midget Cheerleading Squad of St. Marys. She was a member of Camden County Medical Center Hospital Auxiliary, past member of St. Marys Junior Woman's Club and a member of the First Baptist Church of St. Marys.
