Eula McDuffie  
Date January 31, 2001 

Eula Bell McDuffie, 78, of Richmond Hill died Sunday at
St. Joseph's/Candler Hospital in Savannah.

The funeral will be 1 p.m. Saturday at First United
Christian Church with the Rev. T. L. Benton
officiating. Burial will be in Benton Cemetery in
Camden County.

Pallbearers will be Michael McDuffie, Vernon Reid,
Scott Reid, Sylvester Reid, Frederick Reid and Mark
McDuffie.

Honorary pallbearers will be Geraldine Bernard, Gene
Tyson, Heavenly Martin, McClary Baker, Vivian Hart,
Grace Robinson, Bobbie Westbrook and Sharnta Johnson.

The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 tonight
at the Prudence Hall Chapel.

Surviving are two sons, Lewis McDuffie of Miami, Fla.,
and Charles McDuffie of Waverly; two daughters,
Forstine McDuffie Reid of Richmond Hill and Dorothy
McDuffie of Brunswick; a brother, Alvin Benton of Lake
Wales, Fla.; 15 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren,
and a host of nieces and nephews.

Mrs. McDuffie was a native of Camden County and a
memeber of the First United Christian Church. 

Hall, Jones and Brown Funeral Home is in charge of
arrangements.
