A graveside service for Alexander H. Mole Jr. was held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Oak Grove Cemetery in St. Marys with the Rev. Lewis Norwood officiating. Mr. Mole, 57, of Woodbine, died Wednesday at the Shands Hospital in Jacksonville, Fla. Surviving are two daughters, Wendy A. Horne and Rebecca Dawn Mole, both of Woodbine; a son, Mark Alexander Mole of Woodbine; his mother, Wilma Mole of Woodbine; a sister, Cynthia Ellis of Harrietts Bluff; his fiancée, Shirley Horne of Woodbine; and two granddaughters and two nephews. Mr. Mole was a native of Orlando, Fla. and had been a resident of Camden County for 20 years. He was employed with Ellis and Gross Contractors in Kingsland. He was an avid collector and restorer of antique cars. He was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. Edo Miller-Dekle-Wainwright Funeral Home in Kingsland is in charge of arrangements.
