Susan Prestridge, 56, died Monday, Sept. 5, 2011, at her home in St. Mary, Ga. 
(Camden Co.)
 
She was born Dec. 16, 1955, in Hoisington, to Thomas J. and Gilda Mancha. After 
graduating from Garden City High School, she moved to Houston, where she worked 
for Southwestern Bell until her retirement. 
 
 Survivors include her husband, Rick; a son, Brent Towns of Houston; her 
mother, of Garden City; and a sister, Sheila Gonzales of Garden City. She was 
preceded in death by her father. 
 
The funeral took place Friday in St. Mary.
